Ben is an experienced leader with a proven track record of success. His leadership experience includes 10+ years in the non-profit sphere in a variety of roles including director of development, operations director, event planner, and student director. Ben prides himself on being a highly relational leader committed to excellence.
Ben’s experience includes non-profit organizational management, change management, leadership development, launching new initiatives, development/fundraising, systems thinking, strategic planning, emotionally intelligent leadership, and 1:1 coaching.
Education includes bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies, masters degree in organizational leadership from Gonzaga University, and 1:1 professional coaching from multiple C-Suite executives.
In his free time, Ben enjoys building community, making music, playing basketball, and getting outside.
