Kara has a passion for equipping women to discover and live out their God-given purpose. Life happens, and many of us find ourselves side-tracked from where we want to be. Kara takes her clients by the hand to lead them back to where they are called to be.
Utilizing her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling, Kara guides clients toward reaching their full potential. Specializing in communication styles, conflict resolution, and mindset work at both the individual and organizational levels, Kara is able to assist clients in unlocking barriers and shifting unhealthy beliefs.
Kara’s experience includes non profit development, crisis management and counseling, retreat and event planning, leadership development, community outreach, coaching, and revising organizational systems and structures.
Kara is a homeschool mom, entrepreneur, and leader in her church. She loves restoring vintage furniture and spending time outdoors with her husband and two kids. Kara and her family recently moved from Orange County, California to Orange County, Florida.
